Piggy has the privilege of interviewing Zack of Thera. The interview was conducted in The Barking Frog Inn. Piggy has never been there before but the food there is quite nice. Zack was very prompt. He was there sitting at the booth holding a girlie drink waiting for me. Zack wears a lot of armory and the only casual bit is the pants he is wearing which I am later told, belongs to a woman named Sarah. He looks trendy in his Puck breastplates, Sprite bracelets and spotting 2 rings one on either hand. He looks thin and very pale. Dear readers if you haven't guessed, Zack is actually a vampire.
Pig : How many races are there in the world that you live in?
Zac : We have a lot of diverse species, though i used to be human. We have centaurs, elf’s, felines, dragons with different skills. Some are magicians, some are
warriors, some clerics... I am a warlock myself.
Pig : Your guardian is a dragon. That is very rare in any circumstances. How do you end up with him?Zac: I have amnesia. I don't remember what happen 17 years ago. Luc picked me up at the beaches of Ralaein Sea. He is with me ever since. I don't even know how I become a nightwalker. If Lucas know he never say anything. I am leaving with my 1/2 sister Nite the feline, Lucas' daughter, Elena and Day the elf. She is our latest addition.
Pig : Then you must be living in a big house. How do you all get along?Zac : Nah... Lucas don't have a house. We are nomads but we often hang out at Sans or Jello cause Day is still too young to go to Sans. We get along just fine. Of all brothers and sisters I am closest to Nite as we came under Lucas's wing about the same time. But we do bicker now and then. I tried to look after her as much as possible cause our guardian is usually not around. I practically baby sit all of them. Feisty cat, the Nite. She gets angry if I revenge on her behalf. But she is big girl now. Takes care of herself most of the time.
Pig : It must be quite a burden for your guardian looking after a big brood.
Zac: Nah like I say, he's seldom around. But we do help to chip in the expenses if you know what I mean. I start working as a part time bounty hunter for Vel's at tender age of 17. Now I am like full time. The pay is not that bad. Nite is helping now too. Day is still young. I guess sooner or later Lucas will ask her to part time at Vels. I even have to look after Elena and she is really naughty. Likes to..... Um *cough* I don' t think I can disclose what she likes to do.
Pig : You talk about your family a lot. Do you have any friends outside your family?Zac : Um.. I don' t have any playmates my age though. But some them look in on us when Lucas is away. We got good family friends like Nordane and Synclare. Though Lucas don't like it if we mix with Nordane too much. I kinda go behind his back.
Pig : How so? Do you have many enemies?
Zac : Well...........reality is a cruel thing. Nordane is with the Dominion Clan you see and they are all out to conquer and enslave the world. Our guardian, is of clan Armada, and its his instinct to protect the urth. I don't agree that Dominion is a bad and evil clan. I prefer to think we have different objectives and views. Take for example the Phalanxes. They hate being governed by the Dragons. So they want to kill them all. Guardian had been hurt by Latigo many many times. Sometimes the renegades gives more trouble than the clans. That is why we have to move around so much.
Pig: Who inspires you the most?Zac : I would say I live by Lucas's standards and he has terribly high standards of everything. In my earlier days he is very strict and does a lot of inventory checks and monitors my progress closely. Now he more laid back cause there are more family members. But others like Arimon and Nyghthwak had inspired me too. I want to be as good as Lucas if not better. But the fact is I am one of the weaker ones in my family. But I aim to be better. Which reminds me, Lucas is going to do an inventory check soon. I have to be prepared.
